What truly makes a business, a good business? EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My vehicle was having issues turning, of course I took it to the dealership. I got to the dealership, just after 6. Mr. Julian, welcomed me and asked what was going on with my vehicle. He asked if I could leave my vehicle. I said no, that I would bring it back. After carefully listening and asking all of the right questions, he told me to hold on for a minute. Mr. Julian came back and told me exactly what was wrong, and he told me what I needed to do. I appreciate him, because he did not have to go out of his way assist me, totally making sure I am safe! Somebody give this gentleman a raise! He is kind hearted, and he is deserving! Everyone, please go see Mr. Julian, he is THE MAN! 😁 I also would like to shout out the mechanic who gave Mr. Julian the diagnosis. I do not know your name, but you are just as kind and deserving! Give that gentleman a raise!!! He too, is THE MAN! 😁 I appreciate you BOTH!
