We walked in on Wednesday to test drive a Sequoia, worked with Chewy — best salesman, great personality, quick follow up, honest and upfront. We worked with Chewy for a few days to get the exact model & trim we wanted. I’d recommend Miracle & Chewy to anyone! 💚

***An Update*** Most companies say they are “under new management,” but nothing actually changes. This situation was different. The manager followed up with me first thing this morning, apologized sincerely, and assured me that improvements are being made. I was genuinely surprised and grateful to see real action being taken. -------‐--- Today I brought two of my Toyotas to this dealership. I have purchased three vehicles here because the service used to be excellent, but the quality has declined significantly. I was informed that my Grand Highlander had a recall that would take about four hours. I dropped the vehicle off around 2 p.m. and received no updates. When I called at 6:20 p.m., I was told it would not be ready until the next day, which does not work with my travel plans. During this time, instead of focusing on completing the repair, the team repeatedly sent videos promoting additional services. This only reinforced the impression that upselling has become a higher priority than actually working on the vehicle. Although they said the issue would be escalated, the general manager has not taken meaningful action. After purchasing three new Toyotas here and hearing similar complaints from others, I am disappointed. Going forward, I will take my vehicles to the Evans or Atlanta locations, even though this dealership is more convenient.

Stopped in to look at the Toyota Corolla Cross after not being able to find one anywhere. Jessica was so super helpful and was able to get me into the XLE. The financing team, Kris and Sam, were able to work around my specific needs in a way that got me into a car I love for a monthly payment that I love even more. Very excited and looking forward to coming back here for my next vehicle.

5/9/26: Sales department has gotten the message. Review for this location is now 5 stars. Service Department does a good job, they have a nice seating area while waiting,and easy to book appointments. 1/23/26: Sales department harasses me every time I make an appointment with their service department. I'm already on their don't call or text list, what do I have to do to not be bothered by you? And no, this became something other than a service offered to customers when I told you to stop bothering me and I was assured that I would be left alone by the sales department. Service department is 5 stars.
