Made an emergency stop in Tuesday afternoon because my 2019 corolla hatchback was overheating, dropped the vehicle off and had a diagnostic report thr next morning with recommended services to approve or decline (came through a text), my service advisor Andrew followed up and told me what was causing the man concern and that the part had to be ordered ans would be in the next day. Next morning he followed up telling me the part had arrived and work would be done by 5pm. I came back at 5pm and Andrew had the vehicle repaired and road ready for me!
