I live 2 hrs and 47 mins away from Miracle Toyota. I was 37 minutes late for my appointment. Before I got there I called and informed them I was going to change it. They told me no come on and get my car serviced. When I got there Tyrecus checked me in— I asked if there was any restaurants in walking distance, he told me “no”, but said “our shuttle can take you, or you can drive your car, I’ll save your place for you”. I’ve never received this type of customer serve before. Thank you Miracle and Ty for making my visit a great one, I will be back!

My salesman was NOT pushy very helpful office was great and wow Finanace was best experience we had (beside I wanted big discounts haha !). Very satisfied!!! Would definitely buy from them again !!!

After my bad experience at Toyota of North Augusta, S.C. Mr. Corey Stevac called me because he was unaware that my car was still at Toyota. He sincerely apologized to me for the inconvenience. Therefore he wanted to make it right and he DID JUST THAT! Mr. Corvec WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND by lending me a loner car while my vehicle was in the shop, and kept calling me to let me know what was happening til I got my vehicle back into my possession. When I got my car back, not only it looks good, he had my tank filled up with gas. I am a happy camper and I appreciate you more than ever Mr. Corvec . You could’ve kept going and did nothing, but you did….. and that means a lot to me. Thank you, thank you, thank you………..

We traded our car today. Nothing wrong with it, just needed something a little bigger. We looked around and then a friendly gentleman came and introduced himself to us. Our sales consultant was Chuy Benitez. This guy was so knowledgeable about this vehicle. He was upfront. He did everything in his power to help us get this car. He was so motivated. He was also pleasant, courteous and funny. We didn’t spend the whole day at the dealership as we had previously done at other dealerships. We had a pleasant experience. Would return if we ever needed another vehicle

I went there a few weeks ago and met a gentleman name Myles Hammond he is truly amazing! … He’s very quick and efficient and knows what he’s doing and knows how to deal with people such a young man but with an old soul… I knew right away. He was a sweet man of God…. I still haven’t found my dream car yet, but he’s helping and anytime I’ve been in there to look at mine. Everybody’s been more than friendly and offering water anything to make me feel at home

Mason Green was my Sales Representative. He did a wonderful job of helping me pick a new Toyota Corolla LE. He did not pressure me and he explained all the features of my new car. He is a great asset to the Dealership. Would recommend Mason Green as a Salesman to anyone.

Angel was a huge help in finding my perfect car! My fiancé and have been looking for a RAV4 and Angel was able to quickly help us find exactly what we wanted, with all of the features/ upgrades we wanted as well! Angel was very personable and great at explaining everything we needed to know through the buying process. He made it a truly fun/ enjoyable experience. At the end of August I went to get my oil changed on a Saturday morning and met a young man named Miles Hammond. He started talking to me about my vehicle and found out how unhappy I was with it. Well he showed me a few cars and we went on a teat drive in them. He was funny, personable, and understanding. He also helped find the car I liked with the interior I wanted because the one they had wasn’t a color I liked. He kept in touch with me while waiting for it to arrive and has followed up since to make sure I’m still happy. I would recomend if you are looking to buy a new or new to you vehicle to go see Miles!

Angel was great! He really took the time to show us all the features of the car, a thorough test drive, and was very personable the whole way through. He took the time to work with us and get a payment amount that we were happy with. I would highly recommend Miracle Toyota and I would specifically request Angel when you go!

When I call to schedule an appointment I'm always greeted by super nice people on the phone. Everytime I go in everyone is nice and always helpful. The service department is great,they always talk to me about what needs to be done or what can wait and always upfront about the pricing. Will keep coming back.

Two years ago service was great, purchased extended service plan. Now two years later I must admit service has changed for the worst! They try to push every service on you they can, they over book service also. A simple oil change and tire rotation is over three hours! Last time I buy a service plan...it is very hard to get anyone to answer a phone call and voice mails are full...go figure why they call it customer service...
