Fast, friendly, and professional! ​I had a great experience at the Miracle Toyota service department. I went in for a standard service and was impressed by how efficient the whole process was. My service advisor, Spencer, was excellent—very communicative and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they had me back on the road faster than I expected. Highly recommend them for anyone in North Augusta looking for reliable service.

We had a great experience at Miracle Toyota! Blake was amazing, very knowledgeable, kind, and down to earth. *Not pushy like other car salespersons.* Listened to what we needed and made it happen! Never tried to lie or ‘get one over’ on us. Go see Blake for your next Toyota, he’s awesome and great at what he does. The general manager was Amazing too! He was informative, respectful, and honest. Made an emergency stop in Tuesday afternoon because my 2019 corolla hatchback was overheating, dropped the vehicle off and had a diagnostic report thr next morning with recommended services to approve or decline (came through a text), my service advisor Andrew followed up and told me what was causing the man concern and that the part had to be ordered ans would be in the next day. Next morning he followed up telling me the part had arrived and work would be done by 5pm. I came back at 5pm and Andrew had the vehicle repaired and road ready for me!

Katherine is my go to person. She has been attentive, informative and helpful as a service advisor. She addresses any concerns and issues I may have regarding my vehicle. Always straight talk with customer service. That's something I can appreciate.
