Will and Terrell are both amazing!! From a previous service, a lug nut was missing. Will made sure all lug nuts & wheel locks were replaced and that the truck was retorqued. I appreciate him putting our safety first! Terrell inspected the truck to determine if some scratches on the front bumper could be buffed out or if I'd have to have it repainted. He even buffed some areas out and told me what I needed to buy. These gentlemen were life and money savers today!! I truly appreciated them for that!

Purchased 2026 two weeks ago! Blayne (Sales) and Denise Moore (Finance Manager) were OUTSTANDING! Blayne immediately came outside and greeted me & my family once he noticed us looking at vehicles. Initially I only went to browse Toyota vehicles with the other manufacturers I had narrowed down to before purchasing. Blayne asked me for all my interests that I needed in a vehicle and listened without trying to persuade me to what he wanted to sell. After me and my wife made a decision to what we wanted I then told him to proceed with a credit check to close out for purchase. Everything went perfectly while we visited and I hope to receive great customer service in future when we take our vehicle for service and maintenance repairs.

Pros: In 2025 I had a wonderful buying experience. 2026 Outstanding late-night service! I called at 9 PM with a nail in my tire, they reached out within minutes of the call, and I had a brand-new replacement installed by 9 PM the next day. Working 7–7 shifts makes their extended hours until 10 PM an absolute lifesaver, and their quick response time was much appreciated. Thank you to Spencer, Julian, and the team! Cons: But.. it was time for my next service, and they didn’t reset the Maintenance Required setting so I’m gonna have to go back again. Daytime service sadly was a completely different experience a few months ago. An oil change and recall update quoted at 2-2.5 hours turned into an 8-hour wait that derailed my entire day. To make matters worse, they failed to fix my sticking tailgate—the primary reason for my visit alongside the oil change. I hope that was just a fluke, and I will keep giving them another chance after the last encounter! Five stars for night service! Since I purchased the truck from them in 2025, a loaner offered for the day so I can still be productive on a day I took off would be much appreciated!
