Jurgen is so helpful! He always explains my vehicles needs in a way that prolongs my vehicles life. He never makes it sound sales like or pushy but genuine. He listens to my concerns and helps me budget for my next services. When he is not available he makes sure that whoever helps me is nice and genuine like him. He is one of the main reasons that will keep me coming back to this dealership to get my services done regardless of price because the customer service here is genuine and real.
