Very good experience. Mr. Green was low pressure and answered our questions, displaying courtesy and knowledge. He was able to get us our desired vehicle and trim, including color, within one week; especially noteworthy as there is very high demand for this vehicle. Sale and closure was smooth with no pushing for extras. I would say this was our best car buying experience ever!

I love this place they helped me get into my first car but fast forward two years later they put me in my dream car!! I HIGHLY recommend you guys checking them out first Micheal the sales manager outstanding dude definitely doesn’t want you leaving with the first deal he can get for you and Mason on the sales floor what a great guy super funny and honest will go through everything with and for you they definitely make you feel like you have known them forever!!!

I'm giving this business a 5 star rating for the support of the owner. On Thursday of last week i spoke with the parts department and the service department about have an ignition lock cylinder and two key installed/programmed. I was given a price for parts, labor and an appointment for 7:30 the next day for the work to be completed. I spent a hour of my busy schedule to get my customers vehicle to this dealership for the repairs. I pulled into the service lanes Friday morning of last week no one came out to greet. I walked into the service department there was 5 employees in blue shirts standing in the walk way and none of them spoke to me. A random employee came from the rear of the building and asked if i needed help. I spoke with a gentlemen in service about my appointment but he was not aware of it. I called around 1pm later that day for a status update and there was no update. I called at 4pm for another update and i was told by the service writer there was a error on their end when i was given the original quote for parts and labor. I was told by the service advisor that he spoke with the service manager and that I would have to pay the additional $280 that i wasn't quoted in the begging. I called back the same day and told the service advisor the customer agreed to the additional cost. I was told the vehicle would be finished the following day. I spoke with my customer who was very upset about the issue and she stated she spoke to a service advisor who told her the technician didn't work on Saturdays so the vehicle would not be repair yet again. I called on Monday asked for the service manager to give me a call to talk about the situation after the service advisor told me the vehicle probably will be completed the next day. The customer called me yesterday to inform me she picked her car up from the dealership. I lost a customer and I lost profit hopefully the owner sees this review.

We had a great experience buying our used Camry from Mason Greene. He showed us a selection in the package style and price range we were looking for. When we came to close, he had everything lined up so we could be out and driving in short order. We highly recommend you ask for him when you go in looking there was no pressure to buy, he just found us exactly what we were looking for. Even went the extramile introducing us to the folks who will be helping us in the service dept. I dont want to forget the finance dept and how well they did helping us. It was an all around great experience.

I got my new 2023 Toyota Camry from here and must say the guy Mason gave me excellent customer service and most of all the best deal for my car. Very respectful and helpful through the whole process of buying my car, I would recommend Mason to anyone going here looking for a car in the downtown Augusta/North Augusta area.

I would give Rez 10 stars cause he was absolutely wonderful salesman. He never rushed us took time to explain everything to us. I would recommend MIRACLE TOYOTA to anybody who wants to buy a new or used car. I cannot say enough about how great my experience was with everyone at MIRACLE TOYOTA. God bless y’all

Two years ago service was great, purchased extended service plan. Now two years later I must admit service has changed for the worst! They try to push every service on you they can, they over book service also. A simple oil change and tire rotation is over three hours! Last time I buy a service plan...it is very hard to get anyone to answer a phone call and voice mails are full...go figure why they call it customer service...
